Reads every award

Certero ingests the official contracting platforms every day: 240,000+ awarded contracts from 6,000 Spanish contracting bodies, normalised into one comparable history.

Recommends the bid

For each tender it computes the optimal discount from the history of that contracting body and similar works, with a confidence level and an overbid-risk score against the abnormally-low threshold.

Maps the competition

It extracts the rules from the tender documents and shows who usually bids, how they bid and where a firm stands, so teams prepare offers on data instead of instinct.
