Support

Hopp is an iPhone app for internships in Barcelona. Students swipe through real internships and one swipe right sends their whole profile and CV to the company. Companies review candidates the same way, shortlist the ones they want to meet and chat with them in the app.

Applying

How do I apply?

Complete your profile and upload your CV as a PDF once. Then, in Discover, swipe right on an internship (or tap the green check): the company receives your profile and CV straight away. Swipe left to pass.

Why can't I apply?

  • You need a CV (PDF) and a complete profile before your first application; the app tells you what is missing.
  • You can send up to 10 applications a day. The count resets at midnight, Madrid time. Passing and saving internships have no limit.
  • You may already have applied to that internship, or the company may have closed it.

When can I talk to a company?

As soon as the company shortlists you, a chat opens in Inbox. Before that, nobody can message you, and you can follow each application in the Applied tab.

For companies

Publish an internship from Listings, mark the requirements that are must-haves and review applicants in the Review tab. Each applicant shows as Good fit or Not a fit with the reasons; the decision is always yours. Shortlist a candidate to open the chat.

Deleting your account

  1. Students: open Profile and tap the settings button (top right). Companies: open Company and tap the settings button.
  2. Go to Account › Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent: your profile, CV, photos, listings, applications and messages are deleted from our servers (within 30 days at the latest). See the Privacy Policy.

Reporting and blocking

Every internship, company profile, candidate profile and conversation has a ⋯ menu with Report and Block.

  • Report sends it to our team with the reason you choose. We review every report and remove content or accounts that break the Terms of Use.
  • Block hides that person or company from you and stops their messages. You can unblock them in Settings.

If someone is in danger, contact the emergency services (112 in Spain) first.
