These terms are the agreement between you and CESNO INNOVATION SL, the company behind Hopp. By creating an account you accept them. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Hopp helps students find internships and helps companies of every size find interns. Hopp is free for students and companies. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency: the internship agreement is between the student, the company and, where it applies, the student's school or university.

2. Who can use Hopp

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age required in your country to consent on your own, ask a parent or guardian first. Companies must be represented by someone authorised to act for them.

3. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your account to yourself: one person or company per account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › Account › Delete account).

4. Students

Your profile and CV must be your own and truthful. Apply only to internships you are genuinely interested in. Students can send up to 10 applications per day (the count resets at midnight, Madrid time).

5. Companies

Post real internships that you are able to offer, describe pay and conditions honestly, and follow the employment, internship and equal-treatment rules that apply to you. Don't ask students for money, and use candidates' data only to recruit for the internship they applied to. The Good fit / Not a fit labels are an aid: you remain responsible for your decisions.

6. What isn't allowed

Spam, scams, fake profiles or listings, harassment, discrimination, offensive or sexual content, or anything illegal. You can report and block any profile, listing or conversation from its ⋯ menu. We review reports and may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You let us show it inside Hopp so the service works, for as long as it is on Hopp. You confirm you have the right to post it (for example, the photos of your office).

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Hopp available and accurate, but we can't guarantee that every listing or profile is correct, or that an application leads to an internship. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

9. Apple

If you downloaded Hopp from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for Hopp or its content.

10. Changes and ending

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. You can stop using Hopp and delete your account at any time.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Questions: hopp@cesno.eu.
